Athletics
Aileen McGillivary is employed as the UK Athletics Performance/Talent Development Manager with her main responsibilities being to manage the performance and development of athletes on World Class Programmes who are based in Scotland.
Aileen works in partnership with ESIS to support the athletes on the World Class Talent programme towards fulfilling their potential.

Gary Willis is the National Olympic Talent Coach for Scotland. Gary raced internationally in road cycling. He states Chris Hoy's Olympic Kilo ride as his most memorable sporting moment. Gary heads the cycling programme from Olympic Talent team to commonwealth games.

Hockey
David Stott is the High Performance Hockey Coach for the East Area. David lives in Dundee where he is married to triple Olympian Pauline Stott. David sites his sporting heroes as Daley Thompson and Dutch Hockey player Mark Delison. David leads a coaching team that consists of Dave Reid and Goalkeeping Coach Alistair Maclean.

Rugby (East Lothian & Borders)
Ex Scotland hooker Stevie Scott leads the programme for the east Lothian & borders athletes through the national academy. Stevie played rugby for Melrose & Gala before taking up the opportunity to play professional rugby for Edinburgh Reviers, Edinburgh & Border Reviers. After almost 10 years of professional rugby & just before he retired Stevie received an invitation to play for the Barbarians which he accepted and now looks back to it as one of his many great rugby memories.

Rugby (Edinburgh)
Ex-Scotland centre Graham Shiel leads the programme for the Edinburgh Rugby Academy. Graham played club rugby for Melrose RFC before taking up the opportunity to play professional rugby. He played for The Scottish Borders, Edinburgh Reivers and Edinburgh Rugby. After retiring from professional rugby, Graham moved into Sports Development, where he worked as a Rugby Development Officer in West Lothian and East Lothian, before being appointed Edinburgh Rugby Academy Manager.

Squash
Paul Frank is the National Performance Director for Scottish Squash and based at Heriot Watt University Squash Academy. Paul played professional squash on the circuit for 8 years. Paul's favourite other sport is boxing.
